Agree on the format
Clarify the proposed topic, recording arrangements, timing and any material that can be quoted or shared. Do not assume an appearance or broadcast slot is confirmed.
A practical preparation list
- Write a two-sentence introduction.
- Choose two or three examples you can explain clearly.
- Identify any subjects or information that should remain private.
